• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.

• Once production has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled or modified, as each piece is made specifically for you.

• If you need to request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

• In rare cases, if we are unable to process your order, a full refund will be issued automatically.
